Registration Phase
- April 1: Online Registration Opens!
- August 10: Registration Help Day | 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. (DIY Building)
- August 15: Registration Closes | Deadline: 12 p.m. Noon
- ⚠️ Reminder: Advanced registration is required for 2026.
Fair Week
- August 16 (Sunday): Entry Day | 1 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- Bring your exhibits to the Fairgrounds.
- August 23 (Sunday): Exhibit Release | 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Pick up exhibits and premium checks at the DIY Building.

New in 2026: We’re adding an Antique Tractor Showcase, and we want your classic machine on display!
- Pre-Registration Deadline: August 15th online (Other Contests > Antique Tractors > Lot 1)
- Tractor Drop-Off: Monday, August 17th | 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Tractor Pick-Up: Sunday, August 23rd | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
