Carnival & Midway

The countdown is on to the 2025 Douglas County Fair! We are are excited to have Crescent City Amusements back! They will bring a mixture of thrill rides, family rides, and kiddy rides. Safety is top priority for Crescent City Amusements and the Douglas County Fair. Check out the dazzling lights and fun games which will be found on the midway this year!

The carnival will be operating during these hours:
Wednesday:
3-6pm - A time for a Sensory Friendly Carnival with no lights or music. Please be respectful in offering a time for those with sensory sensitivities to enjoy this time. There will be limited rides, like the ferris wheel, bumper cars, sizzler, Dumbo ride, and a wide variety of kids rides open from 3-6pm. Please note that rides are subject to change based on availability.

6-10pm - Rides open with lights and sound, available to all.

Thursday - Saturday: 1pm - 10pm

A note on pricing: Wristbands and Megabands will be on sale at the discounted rate until 11:59pm on Tuesday, Aug 12. Wristbands and Megabands will be available at the fair until Saturday, Aug 16 at 5:00pm at full price.

MEGABANDS:
$68 in Advance or $75 at the Fair. Megabands are good for ALL DAYS of the fair and ALL HOURS the carnival is open (not limited to the wristband session times).

Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Thursday - Saturday from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.


WRISTBANDS:
$26.50 in Advance or $35 at the Fair. Wristbands are good for one of the following session times.

Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Thursday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Saturday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.


SINGLE TICKETS:
Can be purchased at the fair only. $1/ticket.
