The Douglas County Fair is looking for a crew of hardworking, friendly, and enthusiastic volunteers to help us put on our 2026 community celebration! Join the team from August 19 – 22 and see the fair from a whole new perspective.

The Hospitality Team (Guest Services)

• Ticket Takers: Be the frontline of the fair! Welcome guests with a smile and keep the gates moving.
• Parking Superstars: Help our visitors get in and out safely and efficiently (perfect for those who love being active!).
• Information Booth: Become an expert on all things Douglas County Fair and help guests find the fun.

The Grounds & Operations Team

• Maintenance Support: Help us keep the facilities clean, safe, and ready for action.
• Tractor & Shuttle Drivers: Assist with transportation and logistical support across the grounds (must meet age/license requirements).
• The "Heavy Lifters": Help us with the "before and after"—setting up displays and tearing down after the big finale.
